1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Oja Select website and platform. By creating an account, listing a property, or making a stay request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Services we provide

Oja Select is a platform that lets guests customize their serviced apartment stay before check-in and request add-ons during their stay. Property owners can list apartments and manage availability and customizations. We do not provide the accommodation itself; the property owner or manager remains responsible for the stay.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Oja Select for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm other users.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments for add-ons or services may be processed through third-party payment providers. Refund and cancellation policies are set by the property owner unless otherwise stated. Oja Select's role is limited to facilitating the transaction.

6. Intellectual property

The Oja Select name, logo, and platform content are owned by Oja Select or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oja Select is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
